 The following local individuals and organizations are available for consults and trainings:

 
  • Ethan Crowell: ethan_crowell@hotmail.com.  Dr. Ethan Crowell offers strategic plan development of restorative implementations for campuses and districts. Services are offered in a one day workshop with the campus or district team. Prior training in restorative practices is required for plan development.
  • The Institute for Restorative Communities (IRC). IRC was created in 2007 to apply new insight about human motivation to various fields of human interaction. Since its beginning, the IRC has trained hundreds of teachers, business leaders, pastors, and individuals to better manage conflict, enhance learning, prevent bullying and increase productivity while developing better self-awareness and empathy toward others.
  • Life Anew Restorative Justice: Life ANew, Inc. uses restorative justice to build healthier communities, promote peace and create a space to heal from harms caused by broken relationships. 
  • Restorative Empowerment for Youth (REY). REY employs youth who have been apprenticed in restorative justice to train adults and peers in circle practices. Trainings explore implicit biases of educators, youth development, and ways to engage students through restorative pedagogy and disciplinary practices so that they may become agents of change who can transform the education system and beyond.
  • TEXRP Texas Educators for Restorative Practices Texas Educators for Restorative Practices is committed to becoming the unifying voice for all Texas educators by providing leadership, guidance, and resources regarding the implementation and utilization of the restorative practices approach in order to help schools meet the educational needs of all students in schools.
